The Northern California Film & Media Summit
The Flourish Collective is proud to be the key sponsor of the Northern California Film & Media Summit, taking place Saturday, June 27 in Livermore, CA.
The Summit is a full-day creative and professional development event designed to expand access, visibility, and career pathways for emerging filmmakers, media professionals, and creatives from diverse and historically underrepresented backgrounds.
The day includes hands-on workshops in directing, producing, and cinematography; industry panels with professionals whose credits span Skywalker Sound, Pixar, Netflix, Disney, Marvel, and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences; a curated short film showcase highlighting work by filmmakers of color; and dedicated networking time with industry partners, local organizations, and fellow creatives.
For Northern California, this event is an opportunity for residents to engage with diverse stories, meet working professionals, and be part of a broader conversation about art, media, representation, and creative workforce development.
