Being a part of our community means we will seek to become allies of reconciliation to the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) community by:
Learning:
Listening to voices dedicated to justice, equity and allyship.
Attending webinars called Table Talks to discuss where racism exists today and how we can engage in its dismantling.
Understanding, with courage, our own story of racism and bias.

Giving:
Committing to a yearly donation of which 100% is given to our Impact Partners and tax deductible.
Voting on Flourish Collective grants to our impact partners that work towards justice and equity
Learning and sharing ways to leverage our personal finances to support creatives and businesses of color
Living Out Justice:
Receiving and suggesting ideas to live out justice in our own lives and communities through:
active community involvement
engaging in new relationships
using our voices, skills and resources to uplift and empower the BIPOC community

We accept any donation amount. (Our hope is a $1000 contribution per person each year but seriously, we accept any amount. There are no ‘levels’. Of course, larger gifts are always welcomed!) We know that every dollar invested in The Flourish Collective is hard earned and thoughtfully given, so 100% of your donations goes to fund initiatives and is tax-deductible.
